LOU PELLEGRINO

  • Founder and CEO

    Lou Pellegrino, Founder and CEO of BP Business Solutions, started the company in 1998. With more than twenty years of experience in the waste industry, Lou built the foundation for BP’s three companies. He has a passion for working with clients to help them find ways to ensure they receive the best service available at the most competitive price. Lou also has a knack for problem solving and enjoys the challenge of determining the best solution available for a client, and then monitoring the results and continuing to find creative ways to help that customer obtain more benefit and success from their relationship with BP.

    When Lou isn’t working, he can be found either at the shore or on the golf course. He is a proud grandfather and is a strong supporter of both Big Brothers/Big Sisters and Gilda’s Club. Lou is extremely grateful for the relationships fostered with employees, clients, and partners, and for the knowledge gained during his better part of two decades with BP.

    Lou holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from LaSalle University.

  • DAVID STEINBACH

  • President

    David Steinbach has been with BP since 1999. With over 20 years in the waste industry, David provides a wealth of knowledge and solid leadership for BP. A strong work ethic, high energy and enthusiasm for both the industry and company allows David to continually develop BP into a top level organization that focuses on its customers and employees. David’s knack for problem solving has also contributed to BP’s success for providing high level customer service.

    David enjoys playing soccer with any of his four children, as well as spending quality time with his wife and other family members. David has a passion for and supports Big Brothers/Big Sisters, an organization also important to his parents for many years. David now continues his family’s legacy by organizing an annual charity golf outing that supports the growth of this organization.

    David holds a Communications Degree from LaSalle University.

  • MICHAEL AMBOLINO

  • Vice President

    Mike Ambolino has been with BP for the better part of a decade and a half. He excels at building relationships with BP’s customers, vendors and employees; Mike loves the day to day company activity and the task of ensuring all customer requests and all issues are handled in the best way possible.

    When not in the office, Mike can be found coaching basketball or soccer for his two daughters, spending time with his wife and family, playing intramural hockey or doing his best to make people laugh. Mike enjoys supporting organizations that benefit children and the armed forces; Big Brothers/Big Sisters is one specific charity he takes pride in giving back to.

    Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Delaware Valley University.

  • Chief Operating Officer

    Tom France is a partner of BP Business Solutions and has been with the company for nearly a decade. Tom manages the sales teams for all three BP companies, and ensures that area of the business runs smoothly and seamlessly. Like others on the BP team, Tom is passionate about ensuring BP continues as the premier customer service provider in the waste industry. Working closely with clients, Tom’s goal is to find more ways that the BP team and its service offerings work to make client’s business operations more economical and more efficient.

    Tom enjoys honing his game on the golf course as well as spending time with his wife and three sons. He loves coaching his children’s baseball and basketball teams, and is also an avid supporter of Big Brothers/Big Sisters.

    Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from LaSalle University.

  • MICHAEL PELLEGRINO

    Mike has been with BP since 2009. Having experienced many facets of the company, Mike has become an expert in problem solving and maintaining organization and is able to consistently come up with creative solutions for challenging situations. Alongside a strong work ethic, Mike thrives on the feeling of accomplishment each week. Just as he values the relationships established with customers, he appreciates the culture of BP and the people that work within.  Mike’s knack for problem solving, organizational skills and desire to build relationships has allowed him to create both an exceptional customer experience and a positive workplace environment.

    Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, is an avid golfer and a hockey fan. Mike supports the Travis Manion Foundation, Alex’s Lemonade, and UMDF (United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation).

    Mike holds a Business Management Degree from West Chester University.

  • JEFFREY WENDIG

  • Director of Sales, BP Business Solutions

    Jeff joined the BP team in 2011. Jeff contributed immensely to the initialization and construction of BP Works, a tier of BP Business Solutions that started with just one employee. Jeff now oversees several employees and has become a significant leader at BP. Alongside his leadership skills, Jeff has exceptional relationship building abilities. He thoroughly enjoys getting to know clients and teammates beyond the business side, and appreciates relationships established over the last 8+ years with coworkers, customers, and vendors. Jeff’s work ethic, detail-oriented nature, and relationship building qualities have allowed him to develop BP Works into a superb, team-oriented environment with a strong customer focus.

    Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and his two dogs at the beach or on the trail. He also enjoys golfing, running, and riding his motorcycle.

    Jeff graduated from Kutztown University with a BS in Media Production.

  • BILL WATERBURY

  • General Manager

    Bill Waterbury has been with BP since 2013. Bill excels in the cleaning industry, providing customers with comprehensive commercial and post-construction cleanup solutions. Since joining the BP team, he has showcased his adaptability, learning quickly as a result of his coachable nature. Bill is a team player and powerful asset, promoting a “get it done” mentality. He appreciates being able to work within the diverse atmosphere of BP Business Solutions, communicating with all teams, and the feeling of reward that comes from his efforts.

    Bill enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling with his wife in his spare time. He volunteered for over 20 years as a coach, and township board member. Bill also enjoys golfing whenever time permits. He proudly supports the Cancer Support Community of Philadelphia, Team Doyle and the Travis Manion Foundation.

    Bill holds a degree in Broadcast Engineering and Marketing.

  • DALE WETHERILL

  • Chief Information Officer

    Dale joined the BP team in 2017. Dale single-handedly changed the way of IT for BP Business Solutions. Dale brings versatile IT leadership skills to the table, and he is highly passionate about leading and developing results-oriented teams. Dale has proven ability to translate business needs into technology requirements that support organizational growth. He appreciates being part of a team that values relationships and empowers everyone in the organization to make extraordinary things happen every single day.

    Dale enjoys spending time at the beach with his wife and three kids. Aside from family time, he enjoys playing golf, training for upcoming marathons and practicing martial arts. Volunteering as a Veteran Mentor for the Travis Manion Foundation provides Dale the opportunity to work with future generations and help them develop character and implement it in their everyday lives.

    Dale holds a BS in Business Administration from Delaware Valley University and is a Marine Corps Veteran.

    Shawn joined the BP team in 2017. As the Operations Manager, Shawn showcases his ability to implement process improvements, while providing superior customer service to BP’s clients, fostering relationships with vendors, and collaborating with all departments at BP Business Solutions. Shawn holds over a decade of experience leading customer service-based teams.

    Shawn appreciates the culture as well as the people at BP. He enjoys watching the company continue to strive and grow. He values both the personal and professional respect that BP leaders demonstrate as well as the ability to connect and work with customers to meet their business needs. 

    Outside of work, Shawn enjoys spending time with his wife, son and daughter. Shawn coaches his son’s baseball team, and enjoys outdoor activities like skiing, fishing, and golfing. Shawn also enjoys traveling, and he is a lifelong Philadelphia sports fan.

  • LAURIE POEHLMANN

  • Director of Finance

    Laurie began working with BP in 2015. As the Director of Finance, Laurie is responsible for BP’s financial well-being, both on an operational and strategic level. Laurie values her ability to provide the best customer service experience to both BP’s customers and vendors. She leads the finance team in providing accurate, timely billing, while assisting customers and vendors thoroughly along the way. She works diligently to streamline and improve processes to achieve department goals. Laurie greatly appreciates each fellow BP employee, as well as teamwork and the tightly knit nature of the office.

    Outside of work, Laurie enjoy cruising and attending both concerts and festivals. She enjoys trips to the Jersey shore and spending time with family.  Laurie is an active member of her Church and serves as Financial Secretary on the Church Council.

    Laurie holds a B.S. Business Administration/Accounting degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, 1984 and an M.B.A. in Finance from Delaware Valley University, 2014.
